of course somethings would stand out such equally how Jotaro Kujo is a massive beast of a man or how Seto Kaiba stands at 6ft 1in despite being Japanese.

Another matter is that purple/blue hair and other exotic colors are often just artist stand in for say Blackness Hair.

Ah and then they'd for the most part simply look like a fairly normal person (too a few stand out things Similar Jojo'southward massive size and build).

Of course even some of the more than strange things like 'anime hair' might be toned downwardly to a more realistic or subdued version of it (Yugi's pilus for example would not be as big or highlights more realistic). Although something may be a bit off putting depending on the character (for example a girl may be to flawless or naturally give on an other worldly feeling/aura) and give off an uncanny valley style feeling.

Then there'south thous who outright lack or have distorted aspects of humans.

The reason I chose him was to testify an example of someone who's Non fully man/man-like as was the point of that whole part of the mail service. Instance still stands.

Like I said they'd likely just look similar a normal (if attractive) person. Although some things may stand out such as existence a lot taller so the average Japanese person or they may be to flawless/or such.

Well for the characters in Your OP.... the former I'grand familiar with just forget her proper noun. Basically just like how a pretty high school girl would be. Polychromatic anime hair/eyes are for the big part just illustration style. Even if she does have unusual coloration, it still would be but pretty high school girl with unusual hair pigment and colored contacts. This use to most anime characters really.

What do you mean past 'in existent life'? As in the character appears in real life 100% like their illustrated appearance is? Or they appear in real life with their appearance adapted to real life? That's really the central respond there. The former is obviously going to exist weird. It would be like that moving picture with Rodger Rabbit. The later, well, just like some other pretty daughter? At most they'll have a traits or two that looks unusual (like shining aureate eyes or whatever).

Difficult to say really.
Information technology really depends on a few things that change the discussion entirely.
Whether or not we are supposed to have things like weird hair colours and eyes as is or tone it done to exist 'normal'
Personally I think the 'tone down the colours and such' sorta makes the discussion kinda pointless.
Information technology really depends on things like how art manner would translate and such.
Like I feel later jojo parts would wait rather normal if wearing outlandish habiliment and pilus styles.
But there is also other things nosotros could talk bout as well.
If certain things similar pilus and such are 'toned down' nosotros tin notwithstanding say things that would put characters into 'uncanny valley' or something similar that.
Mainly voices, mannerisms, habits and abilities primarily.
Like can you say a guy who is 195cm, is built like a brick shithouse and sounds and acts similar Jotaro Kujo and non be noticed to be odd?
Though I e'er found it amusing noone ever actually remarks on Shirou being a cherry-red head along with Sakura and shinji having purple and blue respectively yet somehow Saber being blonde makes her 'stand out'

Hard to say, as the line of 'were does artstyle terminate and actual advent begin' sorta hard to judge in certain setting with multiple fine art styles.
Like jojo was very blocky at the outset and now is much more than smoother 30+ years later.
Nasu has many different grapheme drawn in different art styles.

As yous can encounter hither araki style has changed quite a bit over the years.

Anime is heavily stylized, putting the grapheme in existent life will just brand them look human or humanish. The pink haired girl is going to look like a pinkish haired Japanese girl, albeit towards the lighter end of the skin tone spectrum. The aforementioned with Accelerator, he's but a normal child with white hair, he'd probably expect a lot like Play a trick on Quicksilver. Of course affair's get weird with some of the more out there characters, Demon Lord from Maoyu actually does take red optics . Elves are going to look mostly like Tolkien elves, slim, pointed ears, but not always equally alpine equally in Middle Earth. Ryo-Ohki in cabbit or humanoid class, yep that one'southward going to be strange.

Probably similar 3D CGI renders of Kingdom Hearts/Final Fantasy characters? They seem anime-like enough to me. What with wide-eyes and weird hair color.

I noticed something in a lot of characters profiles.
The superlative and weight seem a tad inconsistent with things.
Similar they seem to weight too little with a lot of characters, Information technology just seems like a lot of anime don't get that weight tends to scale a scrap.

That depends on what you mean by "look like in real life." A straight translation would look very conflicting. The eyes would much bigger than ours and the nose all but non existent for example.
